Claude Code's source code leaked via npm for the second time. Anthropic built a whole system to prevent exactly this.
A 60MB source map file left in the npm package exposed 512,000 lines of TypeScript, 40 tools, and an internal 'Undercover Mode' designed to stop leaks. It shipped anyway.
